These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Social Media Automation Tool (the “Service”), provided by Tapinn Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. (“Tapinns”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service provides tools to generate and schedule or publish social media content to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts that you authorize. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Meta platform compliance

Use of Facebook and Instagram features is also subject to Meta’s terms, policies, and developer requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish complies with Meta’s Community Standards and applicable advertising or commerce rules. We may suspend access if Meta restricts the app or your connected assets.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
  • Publish spam, malware, or content that infringes others’ rights.
  • Attempt to bypass security, scrape the Service, or disrupt operations.
  • Misrepresent your identity or the ownership of connected social accounts.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service (including generating and publishing posts). AI-generated suggestions are provided for your review; you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published.

6. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties such as Meta and AI providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those platforms that affect publishing or account access.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapinn Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if continued operation is impractical (including Meta policy or technical restrictions). You may stop using the Service at any time and may request data deletion as described on our User Data Deletion page.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
