User Data Deletion

Social Media Automation Tool, operated by Tapinn Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. (“Tapinns”), respects your right to control personal data associated with the Service and with Meta (Facebook / Instagram) integrations.

This page explains how to request deletion of your data and what happens after we receive a valid request. Use this URL in Meta App settings under User data deletion.

1. What we may store

  • Client / business profile details (name, niche, contact details).
  • Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers and access tokens.
  • Generated captions, media references, and publish logs.
  • Support correspondence related to your use of the Service.

2. How to request deletion

Email us at info@tapinns.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

  • Your full name and the email address associated with the Service.
  • The business / client name stored in the Service (if applicable).
  • Facebook Page name(s) and Instagram username(s) connected to the app.
  • Confirmation that you want all related Service data deleted.

You may also call +92 339 396 5156 and ask to open a data deletion request.

3. What we delete

After verifying your identity and ownership of the connected accounts, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize:

  • Stored profile and credential records for your client account.
  • Access tokens and platform identifiers we hold for publishing.
  • Post generation and publish logs tied to your account.

We may retain limited records when required by law, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution, and only for as long as necessary.

4. Removing Meta app access yourself

Independently of our deletion process, you can remove the app’s access from your Facebook account:

  1. Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Go to Apps and websites (or Business integrations).
  3. Select Social Media Automation Tool and choose Remove.

Removing app access prevents further API use of your Meta assets. Please still email us so we can purge stored data on our systems.

5. Timeline

We aim to confirm receipt within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request, unless a longer period is required by law or technical constraints.
